This agreement applies between you, the user of this Website and/or Application, and LetsFindGame Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202601006189), trading as LetsFindGame ("LetsFindGame", "We", "Our", or "Us"), the owner and operator of this Website and Application.
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using this Website and/or Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the Website and Application immediately.
LetsFindGame is a sports community and booking platform that helps football and futsal enthusiasts in Malaysia find games, join matches, organise sessions, manage teams, discover venues, and access related services.
LetsFindGame brings the football community together. Users may search for games by venue, date, time, skill level or location, interact with other users, organise games, manage attendance, make payments, and share information relating to football, futsal and related sports activities.
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Application"
means any mobile, tablet or smart device application, software interface or API made available by LetsFindGame.
"Content"
means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, listings, messages, comments, reviews, schedules, profiles, designs and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of the Website or Application.
"Coins"
means virtual credits that can only be used on LetsFindGame. Coins are not real money and cannot be exchanged for cash.
"Facilities"
means venues, pitches, courts, training grounds, clubs, matches, leagues, tournaments, training sessions and other sports-related activities or services listed on the Platform.
"Organiser" / "Host"
means any User who creates, manages, publishes, hosts or administers a game, event, team, league, tournament, session or booking through the Platform.
"Service"
means collectively any online facilities, tools, services, payments, booking functionality, messaging functionality, deposits, Coins, notifications or information that LetsFindGame makes available through the Website or Application now or in the future.
"System"
means any online communications infrastructure that LetsFindGame makes available through the Website or Application, including but not limited to messaging, notifications, chat, support channels, email links, comments, reviews and in-app communications.
"User" / "Users"
means any third party who accesses the Website or Application and is not employed by LetsFindGame and acting in the course of their employment.
"Vendor"
means any venue owner, venue operator, organiser, club, coach, referee, umpire, cameraman, photographer, service provider or other third party offering goods or services through the Platform.
"Website" / "Platform"
means https://letsfindgame.com and any related sub-domains, mobile applications, pages, services or interfaces operated by LetsFindGame, unless expressly excluded by separate terms.
By registering to use the Website or Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or if you are below 18 years old, that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian and are using the Platform under appropriate supervision.
If LetsFindGame permits youth, grassroots or junior participation features, additional age-specific rules, parental consent requirements and safeguarding requirements may apply.
When you complete the registration process, you may create a password or use an approved authentication method to access your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, login credentials and account access. You agree not to share your password or let any other person access your account.
You must notify LetsFindGame immediately of any unauthorised use of your account, password or any other security breach related to your account. LetsFindGame shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
LetsFindGame may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that are false, misleading, duplicated, abusive, fraudulent, used for spam, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
You agree to use the Website and Application only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by any other person.
You must not use the Platform:
(a) for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
(b) to impersonate any other person, organiser, venue, team or service provider;
(c) to publish false game listings, false availability, false bookings or false profile information;
(d) to harass, abuse, threaten or endanger other users;
(e) to upload viruses, malicious code or harmful software;
(f) to transmit spam, junk mail, chain messages or unauthorised commercial promotions;
(g) to scrape, crawl, copy, reproduce, deep-link, frame or reuse Platform data without prior written permission; or
(h) to use the Platform in any way that may damage, disable or impair the Platform or interfere with another user’s use of it.
Certain areas or features of the Platform may only be accessible to registered users, approved organisers, approved vendors or subscribed members. LetsFindGame reserves the right to limit access to any part of the Platform.
You must not allow another person to use your membership or account details to gain unauthorised access to member-only, organiser-only, vendor-only or restricted services.
When using the Platform or submitting any Content, you must not:
(a) use obscene, vulgar, abusive or offensive language;
(b) submit unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, racist, sexist or otherwise objectionable Content;
(c) submit Content intended to promote or incite violence;
(d) post links to websites containing unlawful or harmful content;
(e) engage in bullying, intimidation or disruptive conduct;
(f) make fraudulent, misleading or malicious reports, ratings or complaints;
(g) submit material containing viruses or harmful code; or
(h) use the System for unauthorised mass communications.
LetsFindGame reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to monitor, review, remove, restrict, edit, suspend or relocate any Content or account activity at its sole discretion.
You acknowledge that public information you post on the Platform may be visible to other users and may also be accessible through third-party search engines or other third-party websites.
In order to use the Platform and related communications facilities, you may be required to submit personal details and profile information.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
(a) all information submitted by you is accurate, current and truthful; and
(b) you will keep such information updated.
LetsFindGame may rely on information provided by you for bookings, game participation, payouts, communications and operational decisions. You are responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
All Content on the Platform, unless uploaded by Users, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, data compilations, interface design, source code and software, is the property of LetsFindGame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may print, reproduce or store limited extracts of Platform Content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not:
(a) use Platform Content for commercial purposes without prior written permission;
(b) systematically copy Content to create a directory, database, comparison service, commercial listing or similar collection; or
(c) reproduce or redistribute substantial parts of the Platform.
Where expressly indicated, certain Content may belong to third parties and may be subject to separate terms.
By submitting Content to the Platform, you warrant and represent that:
(a) you are the author of the Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it; and
(b) the Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
By submitting Content, you grant LetsFindGame a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual, irrevocable and worldwide licence to use, host, copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute and otherwise exploit such Content for operating, improving, marketing and promoting the Platform.
LetsFindGame is not responsible for user-submitted Content and does not guarantee its accuracy, legality or reliability.
LetsFindGame may remove or modify submitted Content at its discretion and without notice.
LetsFindGame provides a platform that enables Users to discover, organise, join and manage sports-related activities, bookings and services.
LetsFindGame may act as a technology provider, marketplace operator, intermediary, collection agent or facilitator. Unless expressly stated otherwise, LetsFindGame is not the owner or operator of the relevant Facility or Service.
When you make a booking, join a game, hire a service provider, register for a league or tournament, or participate in any event through the Platform, you may be entering into an arrangement with the relevant Vendor, Organiser or Host, and not directly with LetsFindGame.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable terms, rules, policies, cancellation conditions, conduct requirements and eligibility conditions of the relevant Vendor, Organiser, Host or Facility.
LetsFindGame does not supervise or control physical games, training sessions, meetings, gatherings, leagues, tournaments or other in-person events arranged through the Platform.
LetsFindGame may carry out verification checks for certain users, venues or service providers, including eKYC for photographers and referees, and business verification for venue owners. However, this does not guarantee their identity, conduct, quality, legality, licensing, insurance, suitability, competence, safety or ongoing compliance. Users remain responsible for deciding whether a person, venue or service is suitable for their needs.
You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any person, venue or service that you engage with through the Platform.
You acknowledge that football, futsal and related sports activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, property damage, misconduct by others and other foreseeable or unforeseeable harm.
Your use of the Platform and your attendance at, participation in, travel to or from, or involvement in any game, booking, event, league, tournament, training session or gathering arranged through the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
LetsFindGame does not supervise physical activities or provide medical, safety, transport or security services unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prices listed on the Platform may vary depending on venue rates, service provider pricing, timing, availability, number of players, game type, deposits, taxes, gateway charges and other factors.
You are responsible for reviewing the full amount payable before completing any booking or transaction.
LetsFindGame may facilitate payments, split payments, deposits, Coins, vouchers, refunds and payout releases.
All cancellations and refunds are subject to the relevant venue, organiser or booking terms shown on the Platform.
If a game is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, any approved refund will be credited as Coins to the user’s LetsFindGame account. The Coins can only be used on LetsFindGame, including to book another game slot, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
LetsFindGame may deduct reasonable fees, including payment gateway fees, processing fees, administrative charges, interbank fees, chargeback costs or non-refundable third-party charges where applicable.
Where LetsFindGame holds a deposit or payment for later release, such release may be subject to completion confirmation, dispute handling, evidence submission or other conditions determined by LetsFindGame or disclosed during the booking flow.
LetsFindGame is not liable for refund or payout delays caused by payment processors, banks, incorrect account details, rejected transfers, expired cards or third-party service failures.
LetsFindGame may operate gamification systems, points systems, seasonal leaderboards, badges, rewards, rankings or similar engagement features across the Platform.
Unless We state otherwise on the relevant page, pickup-game leaderboard scoring currently uses the following schedule: confirmed attendance +10, late attendance -5, no-show -20, cancelled attendance 0, win bonus +5, draw bonus +2, loss bonus 0, and MVP bonus +3.
Seasonal leaderboard standings only count game-related points from games whose scheduled date falls within the relevant season period. Result and MVP bonuses only become final after attendance for the relevant game has been fully marked. Forfeits may be treated as wins or losses for leaderboard purposes, while cancelled matches do not award result or MVP bonuses.
LetsFindGame may reverse, recalculate, adjust or remove points, rewards, ranks or leaderboard positions where attendance, match results, rosters or MVP selections are corrected, or where We detect disputes, fraud, abuse, operational errors or other integrity issues. Points, leaderboard positions and related rewards have no cash value and are not redeemable for money unless We expressly state otherwise in writing.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services or social platforms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such third-party sites are not under the control of LetsFindGame.
LetsFindGame assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, operations or security of such third-party sites and disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from their use.
If you choose to connect your account with third-party services such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or similar services, you acknowledge that LetsFindGame may receive certain personal information made available by those services, subject to your settings and consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LetsFindGame makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
LetsFindGame accepts no liability for disruption or unavailability caused by external events including internet failure, hosting failure, system outage, communications failure, power failure, natural disaster, acts of war, government restrictions or other causes beyond Our reasonable control.
LetsFindGame reserves the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website, Application or Services at any time without notice.
Use of the Platform is also governed by Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Platform may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies for operational, analytics, security and user experience purposes. Full details should be set out in the Privacy Policy or Cookie Notice.
By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to such use, subject to applicable law and your browser or device settings.
LetsFindGame reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if:
(a) you breach these Terms;
(b) you submit false or misleading information;
(c) you engage in fraud, abuse, harassment, unsafe behaviour or unlawful conduct;
(d) you misuse the payment or booking system; or
(e) We reasonably believe that your conduct may expose LetsFindGame or other users to risk or liability.
Any User whose account has been suspended or terminated must not create another account or access the Platform using another person’s credentials.
LetsFindGame makes no warranty or representation that the Platform will meet your requirements, be compatible with all devices, be secure, or that any information provided on the Platform will be accurate, complete or up to date.
No part of the Platform is intended to constitute legal, financial, medical, fitness, safety or professional advice.
Although LetsFindGame uses reasonable efforts to maintain security, all users are responsible for their own devices, credentials, security practices and personal judgement.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, LetsFindGame shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:
(a) your use of or inability to use the Platform;
(b) your reliance on any Content;
(c) any booking, event, gathering, game, transport, attendance or participation arranged through the Platform;
(d) the acts, omissions or conduct of any User, Organiser, Host, Vendor or other third party;
(e) loss of profits, data, goodwill, revenue, business opportunity or reputation;
(f) unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials; or
(g) third-party transactions, services or websites.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.
Where permitted by law, LetsFindGame’s total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) the total amount of fees actually paid by you to LetsFindGame in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
(b) RM500.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LetsFindGame, its directors, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries and partners from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with:
(a) your breach of these Terms;
(b) your use of the Platform;
(c) your Content;
(d) your violation of any law or third-party rights;
(e) your participation in any game, event, booking, gathering, league, tournament or service arranged through the Platform; or
(f) where you act as an Organiser, Host or Vendor, your acts, omissions, pricing decisions, conduct, event management, fund handling or service delivery.
Failure by LetsFindGame to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remainder of these Terms shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with Our Privacy Policy and any additional service-specific terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and LetsFindGame in relation to your use of the Platform.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any previous version, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms shall confer any rights on any third party unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law.
All notices or communications to LetsFindGame should be sent by email to admin@letsfindgame.com or through any official support channel made available on the Platform.
LetsFindGame may send you service-related notices, account notifications, booking confirmations, payment updates, system alerts, product updates and promotional communications.
You may opt out of marketing communications where such option is provided, but you acknowledge that service-related communications may still be sent where necessary for account operation, booking fulfilment, payment handling or legal compliance.
These Terms and the relationship between you and LetsFindGame shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
You and LetsFindGame agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
